This holiday features 10 nights in a beautiful riverside Ayurveda Retreat, with daily treatments and heaps of yoga. Prior to that you will have a couple of nights in a hotel resort close to the airport, where you can relax by the pool in the Indian heat and shake off the tiredness from your journey. We'll also return there after the retreat. The whole emphasis is on relaxation and wellbeing of your body and mind, so you return home feeling rejuvenated and uplifted.
