Experience a rejuvenating day of yoga and relaxation with Suzanne and Richard at Stretton Sugwas Village Hall from 10 am to 4 pm. Celebrate International Yoga Day and Summer Solstice with yoga and meditation led by Suzanne and a deep relaxing sound bath with Richard. Treat yourself to a day of self-care and balance. A light sattvic lunch and refreshments are included. £60pp payable in advance.
